Our paperless solution enables IB and CAS coordinators to track student CAS activities and much more. CAS Manager saves administrative time & effort by enabling instant report generation and improved records management.

As former IB students, we understand the complexities of the IB program. We believe CAS is an amazing opportunity for students to grow, but we have witnessed firsthand how paperwork and reporting requirements frustrate students and administrators, detracting from the goal of CAS. We have designed a custom solution for the IB CAS program to rescue CAS from paperwork and enable the CAS program to achieve its original purpose.

Since Eduvo is a web-based application that is hosted on our servers, all you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled. We would recommend using Internet Explorer, Firefox, Flock, or Safari.

Setting up CAS Manager is quick and easy. There is no technical setup, and we can have you ready to go in a few hours. The main step is adding your student accounts - to do so, you will need a list of their first & last names and their email addresses (we can provide a work around if you do not have their email addresses on file). Yes, files are backed up every 24 hours onto our RAID storage locally, and weekly off-site. In addition, system logs allow us to recover data that is submitted in between backups.

You can export student information directly to the Activity Evaluation Form (AEF), Student Final Summary (SFS), and Program Questionnaire (PQ) forms in PDF format for IBO audit requirements. You can also download all files submitted by your students.

Eduvo is run with SSL giving users 128-bit encryption. The system is entirely password-protected, so public users will not have access. Additionally, we are protected by a shared Cisco Firewall.
